A multi-city request is easier to quote when it is written as a sequence of dated journeys. A list of destinations does not show where each driver should arrive, who is travelling, or which stops belong to each leg.
Write one line per journey
For every leg, provide the date, requested pickup time, complete origin, complete destination, passenger count, luggage, and planned stops. Include flight or train details whenever one journey depends on an arrival.
Use accommodation names and addresses, not only city names. Morocco’s medinas and pedestrian areas may require a nearby vehicle-accessible meeting point.
Keep the group information current
State whether the same people and luggage travel on every leg. If travellers join or leave, record the new totals beside the relevant date. Declare child seats, mobility equipment, surfboards, or other large items throughout the itinerary.
Separate transfers from excursions
A direct transfer, a transfer with sightseeing stops, and a same-day return excursion are different requests. Describe how long you expect to stop and whether the driver should wait. This allows timing and pricing to be reviewed before assignment.
Review the confirmation leg by leg
Check each date, pickup, destination, vehicle request, fare, and payment method. Ask whether one coordinator will manage the whole itinerary and how updates should be reported. Keep changes in the original conversation so the latest version is visible.
A structured itinerary reduces repeated questions and makes it easier to identify missing information before travel begins.
