This page describes the information used by the current booking-request experience. It does not claim integrations or processing activities that have not been configured.
The business responsible for the booking-request information is Flawless Rides (legal name pending), registered in Morocco at Registered address pending.
The booking flow collects route and travel dates, passenger and luggage totals, the lead traveller’s contact details, pickup and drop-off information, optional flight details, child-seat requirements, and notes needed to arrange the ride.
An unfinished booking is saved in the browser on the traveller’s device for up to seven days. This draft may include contact and journey details. It is not sent to Flawless Rides until the traveller opens WhatsApp and sends the prepared message. Selecting “Start over” removes the saved draft from that browser.
When a traveller continues to WhatsApp, the prepared booking summary is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. The ride remains unconfirmed until a coordinator responds.
Booking information should be used only to quote, coordinate, confirm, operate, and support the requested transfer, or to meet applicable legal obligations.
